No hidden fees *

Our fee structure is very simple and we include things other companies charge extra for.

Our $1.49* per check charge includes:

	Payroll can be any time period.
	Phone/Fax/E-mail/Online or Import Hours and personnel information.
	Checks / Direct Deposit
	W2's
	Tax payments
	Quarterly tax reporting to IRS and State
	New hire reporting
	Garnishment / child support collection and payment
	Direct Deposit $0.20 extra

We do not charge extra for using:

	Using our web interface
	Human Resources Management System to track your employee Data
	QuickBooks GL file (can create for other system too)
	Online Employee Access to Pay Stubs and W2's
	Support
	ARP - Positive Pay file for bank.
	Signature or Logo

What we do charge extra for *:

	Delivery costs (we negotiated a great rate with a Courier Company)
	$2.85 for each new employee hired
	If you have more than ONE EIN there is a quarterly fee of $45 for tax reporting for each extra EIN. The first EIN is free.
	Note: there is a minimum charge of $39 per payroll.
